**Getting Here:**

By Train – Take the Jubilee Line to Canning Town, and change to the DLR towards Beckton, and alight at Prince Regent Station.

By Bus – The Excel is easily accessible via the 147, 241, 300, 325 & 473 bus routes. The N551 Night Bus also stops here.

Extensive menu knowledge and an understanding of wine pairings are essential in this role, as you’ll be expected to deliver a level of service that goes above and beyond traditional dining expectations.Supporting the service team, our VIP Runners play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of each course. They work seamlessly alongside front-of-house staff to serve dishes promptly and clear tables efficiently, contributing to the overall flow and success of the dining experience.As a VIP Wine Waiter, your expertise in the art of wine selection, presentation, and service will be paramount. You’ll be responsible for curating the perfect wine pairings to complement each meal, elevating the overall dining experience and creating a sophisticated atmosphere that delights our high-profile guests. Your deep knowledge of wines will be key to enhancing the enjoyment of every guest.Our Bartenders and Baristas are essential to crafting and serving exceptional drinks, whether welcoming guests upon arrival or throughout the day. From carefully prepared cocktails to expertly brewed coffees, you’ll tailor each beverage to the unique preferences and expectations of our distinguished clientele.Finally, our VIP Cashier plays a critical role in ensuring smooth, discreet, and efficient financial transactions. About the Role:We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable waiters to join our team at the ExCeL London Exhibition Centre. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and friendly manner.• Handle alcohol responsibly and in compliance with licensing laws.• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.• Assist with setting up and packing down event spaces as required.• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. Requirements:• Must be 18 years or older (due to serving alcohol).• Able to work a minimum of 3-4 days per week, including evenings and weekends.• Experience in hospitality or a similar role is advantageous but not essential.• Strong communication and teamwork skills.• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
