We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Logistics Team Leader to join our logistics department. The Logistics Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of logistics staff, ensuring the efficient coordination and execution of logistics operations within our large venue.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of logistics personnel.

• Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, encouraging open communication and a strong work ethic.


2. Logistics Coordination:

• Oversee the day-to-day logistics operations, including inventory management, event support, and warehouse operations.

• Collaborate with the Logistics Supervisor and Logistics Manager to ensure seamless logistics processes.


3. Training and Development:

• Provide training to team members on logistics processes, safety protocols, and best practices.

• Identify opportunities for skill development and conduct ongoing performance assessments.


4. Event Support:

• Collaborate with the logistics team and other departments to support the coordination of logistics for various events.

• Ensure that event logistics are executed efficiently and meet the highest standards.


5. Quality Control:

• Implement and monitor quality control measures for incoming and outgoing goods.

• Address any issues related to damaged or defective products promptly.


6. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, including inventory levels and shipments.


7. Continuous Improvement:

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency of logistics operations.

• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas.


Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within logistics, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Knowledge of logistics software and systems.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
