Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver First-Class Customer Service: You'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience, providing top-notch hospitality services and creating memorable moments. Providing service to high profile teams and individuals dealing with challenges as they appear.
• Working as a Team: Working in a small team, maintain high standards, and work cohesively to meet the demands of our dynamic events.

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic: A passion for hospitality, events, and creating memorable experiences is a must.
• Experience: knowledge and experience of hospitality industry would be beneficial but full training would be given.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication is essential, as you'll be coordinating with team members, guests, and other operational people.
