Here at JCC Haydock Park, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences with a focus on fresh, local ingredients. Our team is passionate about great food and outstanding service. We are looking for dedicated catering assistants to join our dynamic kitchen teams.

As a kitchen assistant you will play play a crucial role in supporting our chefs through busy events.

Key responsibilities will include food preparation, cleaning and sanitation, stock and supply management, kitchen support, waste management as well as service assistance. All of these task should be carried out whilst adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary but a willingness to learn is essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
