💼 What You’ll Be Doing

As a People Operations Assistant, you’ll be the glue that holds our staffing operation together. You’ll support the People Operations Manager in everything from logistics and scheduling to staff welfare and event-day buzz. No two days are the same – and that’s just how you like it.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Helping us build amazing teams by assisting with recruitment, interviews and inductions
• Coordinating the right people in the right roles, at the right time
• Setting up check-in areas and making sure event days run smoothly
• Managing rota updates and processing payroll with precision
• Supporting our staff and ensuring their welfare, uniforms, and overall experience are top-notch
• Handling admin and communications like a pro – staff, suppliers, managers, you’ll talk to them all

• Flexible hours including weekdays, weekends, early mornings and evenings – events don’t follow a 9–5!
• On-site role, so you must live nearby or be ready to relocate
