Join our vibrant and passionate culinary team, where chefs of all levels are welcomed to join our Championships brigade. As a valued member of our kitchen team, you'll play a vital part in delivering our culinary operation in one of over 100 different catering units and fine dining restaurants.
Whether working in one of our fast-paced retail units, prestigious fine dining restaurants or everything in between, our teams work collectively to produce a variety of mouthwatering dishes.
Working in teams of up to 20, you must be resilient, organised, adaptable, and a true team player. With excellent Food Safety and allergen knowledge, a keen eye for detail, you'll ensure dishes exceed guest expectations, every time.

Role Description:
Throughout the Championships fortnight we offer a wide range of menu options to our guests from freshly prepared grab & go dishes refined by our Retail Chef brigade to 5 course dining menus prepared by our skilled Chef de Parties within our hospitality spaces.
Directing and inspiring our culinary teams our Lead Chefs need to be both passionate about delivering the highest standard of food as well as maintaining a fully compliant kitchen.
Working alongside the Lead Chef, our Sous Chefs will support in creating a memorable experience for both our colleagues and guests whilst fostering a collaborative working culture across our back and front of house teams.
Adherence to company policies including, but not limited to, H&S, Food Safety, COSHH, allergen awareness, safe working practices is paramount to all culinary roles to keep both our colleagues and our guests safe.
