For this particular role, we are looking for a minimum of 1 year team leading experience within a hospitality environment.

What will I be doing?


As a Team Leader within our on-site restaurant (Clydebuilt Bar & Kitchen), you will be the face of the area you lead for SEC Food.


You should focus on providing a premium and efficient service to our guests at all times. Attention to detail and a focus on creating a luxurious and seamless experience are essential. You’ll be working with a range of clientele, offering personalised service in an exclusive atmosphere.


Your role is imperative to the success of the event and will include leading a team of staff to serve customers and clients the food and drink required as per the event instruction – this will involve the sale and service of alcohol.

Operational Excellence


Responsibility over the service and management of an allocated area; including but not limited to:

- Leading and delivering event team briefing and completion of event paperwork

- Leading and motivating the team, ensuring on the job training is being delivered as applicable

- Debrief for any staff, service, or customer feedback; feedback to Operations Managers; complete closing check list and ensure the service area is secure and clean
