We are seeking passionate and energetic individuals to join our event staff team as for the 2025 Randox Grand National. As an Events Team member, you will play an integral part in delivering a seamless event experience for guests, from assisting with the smooth running of retail and hospitality areas to ensuring all attendees receive outstanding service.

Roles May Include:

• Waiting staff – Serving food and drinks to guests with exceptional service
• Bartender – Preparing and serving beverages in a busy event environment
• Porter – Assisting with event setup, breakdown, and logistics, including carrying and moving equipment
• Wash-Up Staff – Washing dishes, glassware, and utensils, and maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and food service areas
• Team Leader – Leading a small team, ensuring operations run smoothly, supporting staff, and managing tasks efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to guests across various areas, including bars, hospitality suites, food outlets, and event zones
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring everything is in place for a smooth operation
• Engage with guests, answer questions, and help them navigate the event to ensure an exceptional experience
• Work as part of a team to manage high-volume guest interaction in a fast-paced environment
• Support bar and food service operations, including stocking, serving, and cleaning
• Monitor the event areas for cleanliness, safety, and comfort, addressing any issues promptly
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, including responsible alcohol service
• Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring they leave with lasting memories
