We're on the lookout for enthusiastic, customer-focused Baristas to join our team at The Waterfront Street Kitchen and Bar — a brand-new street food dining spot located at the ExCeL London Exhibition Centre. This vibrant venue offers a fresh, modern take on street food, all set in a stylish, contemporary space designed to showcase our stunning waterfront location at the Royal Docks.


If you’re passionate about coffee and love delivering top-notch service, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of London’s premier destinations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages to guests.
  • Operate the barista machine to prepare high-quality coffee beverages, including expertly frothing milk to achieve the perfect texture and temperature for each drink.
  • Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
  • Restock and maintain cleanliness in the service area.


Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older (due to serving alcohol when required).
  • Previous experience as a barista role is essential.
  • Able to work in flexible shift pattern., including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the role.
