Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver First-Class Customer Service: You'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience, providing top-notch hospitality services and creating memorable moments.
  • Motivate Team Members: As a Supervisor or Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and inspiring your team to excel, maintain high standards, and work cohesively to meet the demands of our dynamic events.
  • Create Memorable Guest Experiences: Go above and beyond to create lasting memories for our guests, ensuring they have an unforgettable time at Principality Stadium.
  • Knowledge and Understanding of Menu & Stadium: Familiarize yourself with our diverse menu offerings and have a comprehensive understanding of the stadium layout to assist guests effectively.
  • Ability to Deal with Customer Complaints Effectively: Address customer complaints with professionalism, finding quick and efficient solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Adhere to All Company Health and Safety Policies: Ensure the safety of both guests and colleagues by strictly following health and safety guidelines and procedures.


Requirements:

  • Previous Supervisor & Management Experience is Essential: We are looking for candidates with proven experience in hospitality management and supervision, ensuring that you can hit the ground running and lead by example.
  • Enthusiastic: A passion for hospitality, events, and creating memorable experiences is a must.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication is essential, as you'll be coordinating with team members, guests, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
