We are looking for an experienced C&E Supervisor to support the C&E Manager in delivering exceptional conferences, banquets, meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, brief and support the hospitality team.
• Assist the C&E Manager with the smooth delivery of events.
• Allocate duties and monitor team performance.
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation and customer experience.
• Handle guest requests and resolve operational issues.
• Support team training and development.
• Ensure health & safety and company standards are followed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and management.
• Take responsibility for delegated areas when required.

Skills & Experience

• Previous hospitality, conference, banqueting or events experience.
• Supervisory or team-leading experience.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and organisation.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Professional, positive and proactive approach.
