Role Description:

Join the thrill of Wimbledon and become a key player in our buzzing retail catering team! From fast-paced customer service to behind-the-scenes action, you'll be at the heart of the world’s most famous tennis event, ensuring guests are refreshed and ready for the next set.

As a Catering Assistant, you’ll be the face of Wimbledon, engaging with guests and delivering outstanding service, all while keeping the pace high to make sure everyone gets back to the match quickly. If you're working the tills, you'll be a Cashier, handling payments in a busy, high-energy environment. Meanwhile, our Cellar Porters keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring drinks are always flowing and kegs are swapped at lightning speed.

Our Bar Staff are always on the move, serving up cold drinks and signature cocktails, while our skilled Baristas—trained by Lavazza—ensure that every coffee is crafted to perfection.

For those who thrive on variety, our Hit Squad team takes on a range of roles across the venue, offering vital support wherever needed. No two days are ever the same—you’ll be part of a team that’s always adapting, always moving, and always delivering top-notch service.


Key Dates:

Wimbledon Fortnight (Live Dates): Monday 30th June – Sunday 13th July 2025

Mandatory Training & Orientation: Saturday 28th - Sunday 29th June 2025

**Note: Additional training dates may be required for certain senior or specialised roles/units, and these will be communicated upon offer.


Further Information:

References are mandatory and will be requested following a successful interview. All applicants will be required to attend an in-person interview at The All England Lawn Tennis Club, Wimbledon. Recruitment days will take place throughout February 2025. Please note, due to the volume of applicants we receive we are unable to facilitate any online interviews for The Championships 2025.
