As a VIP Hospitality Team Member, you will be at the heart of the action, delivering exceptional service to our most distinguished guests. Role Description:

Within our exclusive VIP areas, you could be working as a Plate Waiter, serving a wide array of delectable dishes to our VIP clients, Members, and celebrity guests—from elegant canapés upon arrival to a refined afternoon tea. Extensive menu knowledge and an understanding of wine pairings are essential in this role, as you’ll be expected to deliver a level of service that goes above and beyond traditional dining expectations.

Supporting the service team, our VIP Runners play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of each course. They work seamlessly alongside front-of-house staff to serve dishes promptly and clear tables efficiently, contributing to the overall flow and success of the dining experience.

As a VIP Wine Waiter, your expertise in the art of wine selection, presentation, and service will be paramount. You’ll be responsible for curating the perfect wine pairings to complement each meal, elevating the overall dining experience and creating a sophisticated atmosphere that delights our high-profile guests. Your deep knowledge of wines will be key to enhancing the enjoyment of every guest.

Our Bartenders and Baristas are essential to crafting and serving exceptional drinks, whether welcoming guests upon arrival or throughout the day. From carefully prepared cocktails to expertly brewed coffees, you’ll tailor each beverage to the unique preferences and expectations of our distinguished clientele.

Finally, our VIP Cashier plays a critical role in ensuring smooth, discreet, and efficient financial transactions. With professionalism and tact, you’ll provide an impeccable experience for our VIP guests, ensuring their visit concludes as seamlessly as it began.


Key Dates:

Wimbledon Fortnight (Live Dates): Monday 30th June – Sunday 13th July 2025

Mandatory Training & Orientation: Saturday 28th - Sunday 29th June 2025

**Note: Additional training dates may be required for certain senior or specialised roles/units, and these will be communicated upon offer.

References are mandatory and will be requested following a successful interview.

All applicants will be required to attend an in-person assessment day at The All England Lawn Tennis Club, Wimbledon. VIP Assessment days will take place on the 28th February & 1st March 2025. Please note, due to the volume of applicants we receive we are unable to facilitate any online interviews for The Championships 2025.
