About the Job


As a Hospitality Team Leader, you will be the face of the area you lead for SEC Food.


Working in the Hydro Hospitality Suite means providing premium service to VIP guests during events. Attention to detail and a focus on creating a luxurious and seamless experience are essential. You’ll be working with a range of clientele, offering personalized service in an exclusive atmosphere.


Your role is imperative to the success of the event and will include leading a team of staff to serve customers and clients the food and drink required as per the event instruction – this will involve the sale and service of alcohol if over 18 years old.

Operational Excellence


Responsibility over the service and management of an allocated area; including but not limited to:

- Leading and delivering event team briefing and completion of event paperwork

- Leading and motivating the team, ensuring on the job training is being delivered as applicable

- Debrief for any staff, service, or customer feedback; feedback to Operations Managers; complete closing check list and ensure the service area is secure and clean

• To be aware of key stakeholders liaise with key partners and the Client as appropriate and needed

• To promote the elimination of single-use plastics through commitment to sustainability goals (e.g., with our Resuable Cup System initiative)

• To work in conjunction with our staff, organisers, partners, and visitors to support our SEC Net Zero 2030 ambition
