We are looking for an experienced C&E Manager to lead the successful delivery of conferences, banquets, meetings and events, ensuring consistently high standards of service and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage C&E Supervisors and hospitality teams.
• Take overall responsibility for the smooth delivery of assigned events.
• Plan and coordinate event operations, staffing and service requirements.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high operational standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients, guests and internal teams.
• Manage operational issues and make effective decisions under pressure.
• Ensure compliance with company, health & safety and service standards.
• Coach, develop and motivate team members.
• Support continuous improvement and identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience.

Skills & Experience

• Proven management experience within hospitality, banqueting, conferences or events.
• Experience leading and developing teams, including Supervisors.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Professional, positive and commercially aware approach.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy event periods.
