We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant (Chef’s Hand) to support our kitchen team in delivering high-quality service.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing ingredients such as chopping vegetables, portioning meats, and basic food prep
• Assisting chefs during service with plating and presentation
• Ensuring chefs have the ingredients and tools they need during busy periods
• Quickly restocking items and fetching ingredients as required
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen workspace
• Supporting smooth kitchen operations during peak service times

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong work ethic and ability to stay focused in a busy kitchen
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under pressure
• Attention to detail, especially when prepping ingredients and assisting with plating
• Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential — training can be provided
