Franklin's Gardens is a purpose-built rugby stadium in Northampton, England. It is the home stadium of Northampton Saints. The stadium holds 15,249 people. 

The four stands are: Tetleys Stand; Elite Stand; Church's Stand; and Barwell Stand. It is also a Northampton conference centre as well as the only UK Aviva Premiership Rugby ground with its own cenotaph, the setting for a moving ceremony every Remembrance Weekend.

Franklin's Gardens is located in the St James district of Northampton, approximately one mile from the town centre.

**By Car**

The stadium can be reach via the M1 off at Junction 15A or 16 onto the A45 to Northampton. At Cineworld roundabout turn right (down the hill). At TGI Fridays turn left and then straight over the next roundabout (the football ground should now be on your left).

**By Train**

Franklin's Gardens is only a 20 minute walk from Northampton Train Station.

**By Bus**

The Number 3, 5, 9, 9A, 15, 15A, D1, D2, D3, 50 & 96 all stop at or within walking distance of the stadium.

The All-England Lawn Tennis Club (AELTC) is one of the world’s most iconic sporting locations serving as a private Members Club during 50 weeks of the year and then, for two weeks, hosting The Championships – the world’s premier grass court tennis tournament. Role Purpose To assist in the preparation, cooking and presentation of food in both the Members Dining Room and the Club Room to the highest standards in a clean, tidy, safe and pleasant working environment. To assist in the smooth running of Members Kitchen and support all Members Events external to the Club House with direction from more senior members of the kitchen brigade. Together we are creating a world-class food and drink destination embedded within the heart of the NT’s operations, ensuring all public-facing venues, as well as internal hospitality and commercial events, support the NT’s overall vision, values, and culture. The NT actively sought to not outsource the catering operation and chose instead to stay actively involved through constructing this new partnership. This ensures F&amp;D and theatre specialism combine to offer the best experience for our customers. Role PurposeThis role is responsible for managing essential administrative tasks across both the Events Department and Kitchen Department. It requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, enabling our teams to delivery the very best to our clients. Duties and Responsibilities · Liaise with internal departments to ensure a smooth flow of information.· Assist chefs to accurately input the stock take and maintain the stock take system.· Place food orders on foodbuy and raise accurate purchase orders for all events· Build recipe cards for both costing purposes and photo specs.· Maintain goods receipt file to ensure deliveries match purchase.· Build chef planners in line with the required budget under the direction of the Head Chef, ensuring these are submitted in a timely manner.· Liaise with Event department to ensure accurate client numbers are provided to the chef for efficient food production.· Ensure menus are accurately typed in the appropriate format as directed by the Head Chef &amp; prepare menu packs for the event folders.· Maintain event orders board, ensuring all updates are captured and communicated.· Make sure all ISO paperwork is up to date and filled in correctly by the chefs.· Carry out all general administration tasks and organize the day-to-day running of the chef’s office.· Diplomatically liaise between staff, managers, and suppliers to resolve queries.· Update Events payment tracker and update with finance.· Provide comprehensive analysis for season packages.· Ensure all Event trackers and reports are updated and accurate.· Create signage including menus.· Ensure till tabs are set up for each event.· Assist with room booker requirements.· Support with supplies orders such as linen, equipment, furniture etc· Update cost summaries, payment trackers and partnership trackers.
