Franklin's Gardens is a purpose-built rugby stadium in Northampton, England. It is the home stadium of Northampton Saints. The stadium holds 15,249 people. 

The four stands are: Tetleys Stand; Elite Stand; Church's Stand; and Barwell Stand. It is also a Northampton conference centre as well as the only UK Aviva Premiership Rugby ground with its own cenotaph, the setting for a moving ceremony every Remembrance Weekend.

**Getting here:**

Franklin's Gardens is located in the St James district of Northampton, approximately one mile from the town centre.

**By Car**

The stadium can be reach via the M1 off at Junction 15A or 16 onto the A45 to Northampton. At Cineworld roundabout turn right (down the hill). At TGI Fridays turn left and then straight over the next roundabout (the football ground should now be on your left).

**By Train**

Franklin's Gardens is only a 20 minute walk from Northampton Train Station.

**By Bus**

The Number 3, 5, 9, 9A, 15, 15A, D1, D2, D3, 50 & 96 all stop at or within walking distance of the stadium.

Leadership skills: demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with experience in staff supervision and guidance. Customer service focus: proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries or concerns. Regulatory Compliance: understanding of local regulations related to food and beverage service, with adherence to safety and hygiene standards. Flexibility: willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet operational requirements. Desirable Skills and Qualifications Beverage knowledge: interest in learning about different beverages, including cocktails and wines. Leadership potential: demonstrates potential for leadership with a willingness to learn and grow in the role. Key Responsibilities Operations Support: Assist in the smooth running of daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, and organisation. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations by monitoring adherence and addressing any issues promptly. Support inventory management by assisting in stock checks, receiving deliveries, and maintaining accurate records. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling inquiries or complaints. Assist in maintaining service standards by monitoring the retail F&amp;B outlets, ensuring cleanliness, and addressing any issues promptly. Interact with customers to gather feedback and contribute to improving the overall guest experience. Staff Supervision: Supervise and support bar and restaurant staff during shifts, providing guidance and assistance as needed. Assist in training new team members on job responsibilities, service standards, and safety procedures. Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment by fostering teamwork, resolving conflicts, and recognising employee contributions. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Assist in maintaining a safe and clean working environment by following health and safety protocols. Participate in training sessions related to health, safety, and food hygiene to ensure compliance. Report any safety hazards or incidents promptly and assist in implementing corrective actions.
